Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The fundraiser “Let’s Give Voice Back to San Sebastiano” is promoted by Contrada della Selva, with headquarters at Piazzetta della Selva, 4 – 53100 Siena (SI), hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”.

2. Purpose of the fundraiser

The fundraiser is aimed at restoring the historic organ of the Church of San Sebastiano, as part of the “Let’s Art! 2025” project promoted by Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena.

The funds raised will be used exclusively for co-financing the project and pursuing the purposes indicated on the fundraiser page.

3. Donation methods

Donations can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods made available by the Stripe service.

Transactions are processed directly by Stripe through a secure connection. Contrada della Selva does not store or process data related to the payment methods used by donors.

4. Nature of the donation

The donation is free, voluntary, and does not constitute payment for the purchase of goods or services.

Making a donation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Refunds

Donations made are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law or technical errors in payment processing, such as duplicate or undue charges.

6. Donation confirmation

At the end of the payment procedure, the donor will receive confirmation of the completed transaction.

The issuance of a donation receipt will be provided upon request and in accordance with current regulations.

7. Personal data processing

Personal data will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation, exclusively for managing the donation and for administrative and legal obligations.

8. Payment security

Payments are managed through Stripe using security systems compliant with international standards in the electronic payments sector.

9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity, or execution, the Court of Siena will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights provided by current regulations.
